This Terms and Conditions applies to the use of Box-Template’s website, resources, services and products (hereafter referred to as “Resources”).
Box-Template is a powerful tool that enables you to create and design your own listing template. All of our templates are guaranteed to be compatible with eBay, and we offer support services to help you out if you have any questions. Our support team is always ready to assist you, and we make it a priority to respond to all emails as quickly as possible.
All of the listing templates created on our website are for per-owner usage only. If you own the eBay seller account or the company, you may use the templates across all of the listings registered under the eBay account. However, if you are a web design company working for another person or eBay seller, you must purchase a separate account for each client. It’s important to note that all of the templates cannot be resold or redistributed by any third-party seller, and we retain all rights to our code.
Payment methods
The payment for the Paid Plans can be made only via PayPal services at this time.
PayPal payment service is a secured third party service and is subject to PayPal policies and terms of service.
Subscription Plans
Using our Services and Resources is subject to one of our paid Subscription plans in accordance with the prices indicates on our website.
We offer 7 days free trial period which upon the end of it your user will be disabled until purchasing one of our paid plans. We may offer extended trials for limited time promotions.
In such trial period all applicable terms of this Agreement shall apply.
We reserve the right to change the trial period from time to time. Your trial period will be as was indicated in the website on the time of your registration.
We are not responsible if eBay changes any policy in future regarding listing template or restriction.
Termination of Subscription plan
To cancel your subscription, you must submit a request or ticket to us. Please be aware that your subscription will not automatically cancel itself.
Once your subscription is canceled or terminated, your right to use our Resources will immediately end. We also reserve the right to delete any information you may have on file with us, including your account, login information, and listing templates that you created. It’s important to note that all of the templates on your listings will be removed, and they will revert to raw text/code without any design. We are not responsible for removing the template code from your listings.
